Yes, you can have your preferred builder as long as they agree to follow the Architectural guidelines and agree to all standard construction rules.
Lots are builder-ready at this time.
Construction on your home should start within 3 months of purchasing the lot and once you start your home it needs to be completed within 18 months.

Lake Padre Village is within Corpus Christi city limits, and all utilities are available. This includes electricity, water, trash, and phone/cable.
Multiple house sizes have been defined. The larger units are the canal units and have a range of between 2,200 to 2,700 sq. ft. They are 3 stories. The middle units are 1,600 to 2,200 sq. ft. in area. Lots adjacent to Granada Dr. range from 1,100 to 1,600 sq. ft.

Common areas are open to all homeowners and their visitors. Boats require registration with HOA for short term use.

There are four (4) canal unit locations available. A three story home would have direct view of Lake Padre and partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre.
All common area landscaping and maintenance is provided by the HOA. Owners will be required to maintain private patio landscaping.
